What are your shipping prices and locations?

For your convenience, we factor the shipping costs into the price of the product. We currently only ship via UPS Standard to customers within the continental United States and Canada. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), so if you are a US customer, the currency will be converted to USD by your credit card banking institution.

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately at this time and due to the on-demand custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Please follow the size chart on each product page to accurately measure yourself and determine which size best fits your body type.

We will provide a full refund or reprint on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. If a refund is chosen, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Are there any customs, duties or tariff fees for orders travelling into the U.S.?

For all orders under USD$800, there are no customs, duties or tariffs because of the USMCA de minimus shipment value level. If your order exceeds USD$800, there would be a customs fee charged to your order upon delivery.

What is the difference between duties and taxes?

Duties are cross-border taxes collected by the CBP (Customs & Border Protection) as government revenue to protect local economies and industries. Taxes are government fees for imported goods. Taxes are typically paid by the importer.

Is US shipping trackable?

Yes! US shipping is trackable unless the package is travelling to a P.O. box. Unfortunately, UPS requires a street address for trackable shipping.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are fulfilled on-demand within 5 business days of the order being placed. Once an order is fulfilled, it is ready to be shipped. Shipping times vary based on the customer’s location. US orders are delivered within 1-5 business days and Canadian orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.
